Problem: Carlos Hall experienced a scandal related to an offensive cultural event by organising an occasion where students dressed up in costumes that reflected negatively on the school.

Solution: a 12-month campaign called the 'see in colour project' that prompts students to stand up for what they believe in and not just sit back and let discrimination and racism happen.
