Finn Poké

Problem: Poké is growing in popularity in Australia over the past 3 years. It’s currently served in progressive cafes and health-conscious restaurants. There’s currently a major gap in the market for fresh seafood produce other than sushi available at any time of the day for Australian consumers. People are still making the stop through fast food drive-throughs such as McDonald's, KFC, Dominos, and Hungry Jacks simply because they are fast, convenient, and in popular locations.

Solution: a  brand repositioning strategy and an advertising solution that appeals to new audiences and new markets. The overall idea is to make Poké bowls more mainstream and accessible to a larger audience.

The Execution: Rebrand, Product packaging, Logo re-design, advertising campaign
